Agenda Resource Management is pleased to announce the expansion of its People and Culture function to support its continued growth and employee development. The expansion includes the hiring of additional professionals to join the growing team, along with implementation of new programs to enhance employee engagement, career development, and work-life balance.
Here at Agenda we provide access to accredited training including apprenticeships at all levels to grow and develop our colleagues’ skills and career development. We engage with our colleagues to provide flexible work patterns to accommodate their work-life balance as well as working with our community stakeholders to enhance employee engagement through activities that promote well-being and happiness at work, including monthly “Lunch and Learn” sessions with colleagues.
As Agenda continues to grow, the company recognises the importance of investing in its employees. The expanded People and Culture function will provide additional support to employees, including new training and development programs for example higher level apprenticeships, enhanced benefits including WPA and more opportunities for career advancement including supporting apprenticeships within the Agenda Group.
